Fowler was awarded this project in 2010 by customer WRPS.
Construction of a new pre-engineered metal building to be used for staff offices. The 2713 Building included approximately 22,000 sq/ft of space for offices, meeting rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and records storage.
Fowler teamed closely with Meier Architecture during the design phase to mitigate concerns that could impact the construction schedule and budget. This ensured a flawless startup and an early completion to the customer.
