Environmental Restoration Disposal Facility (ERDF) Maintenance Facility

Fowler was awarded this project in 2010 by customer Washington Closure Hanford. The ERDF Maintenance Facility included the design and construction of two new maintenance facilities, one office building, and the expansion of an existing maintenance facility, all totaling over 47,000 sq/ft of work.
The maintenance facilities feature complete oil and lube services stations, locker/shower rooms, and kitchens. The office building includes two kitchens, shower/locker rooms, offices and large meeting rooms with multimedia service.
