Bella Vista Apartments

The Bella Vista apartments Phase II project consists of the construction of an 8-building, 106-unit complex totaling over 82,000 sq/ft of community space. The exterior finishes include a combined stucco+cement fiber board siding and a metal roof. The site furnishings include a mail KIOSK, multiple retaining walls, over 43,000 sq/ft of sidewalk, and 91,000 sq/ft of asphalt paving, carports, and exterior storage rooms. The apartment features such amenities as swimming pool, pet park, playground, and residence center.
