Esperanza Farmworker Housing

The project consists of four stick framed buildings, each containing four units and a laundry building. The project site previously contained 20 individual apartment trailers, which were removed and the existing foundations, concrete walks, and utilities were demolished. The new buildings are 2-stories with each of the four units per building having two bedrooms. The buildings are furnished with VCT flooring, cabinets, and appliances. The exterior envelope of the building is fiber cement siding with composite roofs. Site work for the project includes new fire suppression piping, water, sewer, electrical, irrigation, landscaping, concrete walks, and a playground.
