Construction of a new PEMB building for the Badger Mountain Irrigation District main office and operations facility. Construction also included remodeling of existing BMID shop building to the east of the construction site. Fowler self performed all site work and steel framed erection. Interior construction included complete space for office areas, meeting room, restrooms, kitchen, storage, upper mezzanine, and shop area.
