Multi-Craft Maintenance Facility

Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC (WRPS) was in need of a new maintenance
facility to support the Tank Operations Contractor’s (TOC) current and future needs.
previously the WRPS facility maintenance crafts were using old mobile office trailers with
limited space, significantly aged buildings and tents throughout the Hanford Site as
maintenance facilities in order to provide facility maintenance services to the tank farms
and surrounding building. This project provided a new Multi-Craft Maintenance Facility, building number 2722HV, that is large enough to provide facility maintenance crafts a work shop area that is large enough and with the modern features required to support their maintenance activities.

• Facility MEP, Architectural, and special systems Installations
• Final Grading and Paving
Challenges:
• FGC employee turn over
• Commercial Build Challenges as they relate to Hanford, ie delays, missed scopes etc.
Features: Saw dust collection system, breakroom, showers, whole building compressed air.
