Fowler began working on the structural concrete scope of work for this project in mid-July 2022, which has included footings, stem walls, slab-on-grade and other miscellaneous concrete scopes for this 245,000 sq/ft production facility. Because of Fowlers numerous areas of expertise and ability to adapt we have also been awarded installation of doors, frames and hardware, iron work, and an additional ~65,000 sq/ft of concrete work since the beginning of the project. To date Fowler has poured 5200 cy of concrete and has completed all base contract foundation and slab scopes. On the back end of the project, Fowler is working to complete 3,500 lf of interior curbs and the installation of 100 bollards. This project has provided its fair share of difficulties through its fast-paced nature, constant updates to design, and tremendously cut up/checkered slab pours to accommodate for slopes and drains.
