Kennewick Vehicle Maintenance Facility

Fowler was awarded the new Kennewick Vehicle Maintenance Facility for the Benton County Public Works Department. This project consisted of the construction of a new maintenance facility and equipment yard on a 10-acre site at Wiser Parkway in the Badger Canyon area. This project consisted of a 13,500 sq/ft multi-use PEMB that functioned as office and maintenance building combined. Separate buildings included a vehicle shed, a water filling station, and a washdown area.
