Fowler performed work as a subcontractor for the Eden Medical Center. Fowler self performed the civil work on this project, including all the site prep, foundation, and slab prep. Fowler ran all the utilities on the site as well, which included the domestic water, fire water, gas, sewer, and electrical. In addition, Fowler performed the rough carpentry which included steel stud framing, all the exterior wall, interior walls, hard lid ceilings, and the dropped soffit areas. Fowler installed all of the tongue-and-groove material on the large Porte Cochere entrance.
