This project was a new 8,100 sq/ft office building in Richland, WA for the Telquist, Ziobro, McMillin Law Firm. The project was a Design-Build wood framed structure with an EIFS exterior complimented by aluminum storefronts. The interior of the building consists of individual and group office spaces, 3 conference rooms, a workout room, break room, vaulted ceiling in the entry and reception area, and an unfinished space for tenant rental. The site required substantial work to remove unidentified fill and import new structural fill to build up the building pad and upper parking area. The front of the building has an elevated patio, supported by a rock retaining wall and is enclosed by a privacy wall overlooking the Columbia River. The site also features a private basketball/pickle ball court for the owners.
